What is the deadline for registration?
We will take registrations until the conference is sold out at 100 tickets. We sold over 100 tickets to the last TLDC, so this one is sure to sell out as well.
I will be flying in. How do I get from the airport to the Conference?
Downtown Phoenix is a short ride from the airport, about 10 – 15 minutes. Phoenix has no restrictions on cabs, Lyft, Uber or any other ride sharing services, so finding a ride to downtown Phoenix is very easy. Cab rides are about $20 to downtown, Lyft was about $15.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A full refund will be issued to any cancellation that occurs by midnight, Friday, July 28, 2017. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations that occur up to midnight, Friday, October 27. No refunds are available thereafter.
I need a special diet. Can this be accommodated?
It can. Please let us know what you require. Our food service will be very simple and we intend on providing fresh fruit, vegetables, and healthier fare for breakfast, snacks, and lunch. And coffee, lots of coffee.
